I purchased a membership online, now what?

Members that purchase their membership online will receive their paper membership card in the mail shortly after purchase.

I want to buy a membership in person, how do I do that?

Memberships can be purchased at Sodak Sports, Kens, or Young Guns in Aberdeen, SD.

Is the shooting range open all year?

No. Due to the range being outdoors it will be closed during the winter months. The shooting range is typically open between April and November.

Is the range open 24/7?

No. The range will be open during daylight hours and will still be closed for maintenance and Sportsman's Club events.

Is the range accessible without an access code?

Maybe. The range will be open to the public with Range Master supervision on some days of the week. A $10 non-member shooting fee will still be required to shoot. The safest bet is to purchase a day pass from Sodak Sports or Young Guns in Aberdeen, SD.

I purchased a membership, does my spouse or child need one as well?

Not necessarily. The access code is designed to open the gate, so if you want to bring a spouse or children with you to the range please do so. Member events have always been inclusive of a spouse and will continue to be so. Giveaways and other member exclusives may require a membership for each person.
